How to facilitate project presentations with PowerPoint AI tools?

Jump start your project presentation with 3 easy PowerPoint AI tools:

1. Go to Home tab, click on ChatGPT button. Let’s say you prompt: What’re project leadership lessons from famed leaders? It then generates a deck complete with outline, quotes, visuals, and even a summary table. This helps organize your presentation. You must develop your own words to say.
2. For outline only, go to File > New and choose QuickStarter from available PowerPoint templates. Here you give keywords such as “leadership”, not prompts.
3. Now go to Slide Show tab, click Rehearse with Coach. Speak into your microphone for PowerPoint’s Speaker Coach to analyze your speech and give feedback on filler words, pace, wordiness. This AI tool is only available for the English language as of now!
