Burnout manifests in your physical, emotional, and work quality experiences. Here’re 3 ways to reframe and even color the situation:
- give thanks to problems – they are the reason we project managers and Project Management Professional (PMP)®‘ jobs exist!
- give yourself a break – it’s OK to say “no thank you” and “yes F U” (in your mind not your mouth please).
- when possible, add levity to gravity – this way you’ll always have the last laugh.
