Whatever clothing you wear, you must feel comfortable in it to project confidence. Here’re 3 additional tips:
- When online, your entire background becomes part of your “clothing”. So, declutter, simplify the surroundings to not let it overtake YOU as the focus, and adjust the lighting to “put you in the best light” and to set the mood.
- Onstage, bring a jacket as a backup. If the setting is more formal than you expected, wearing a jacket instantly upgrades your wardrobe and project confidence.
- When wearing jewelry to express your personality, only bold pieces are effectively visible to the audience. Delicate pieces and intricate designs don’t stand out unless the camera zeroes in on them. Goes the same onstage or online.
